Here is the information for supplying your files ready for print.
In sending us files you are asserting that you have the rights to print said files. We cannot print any copyrighted material for which you do not have the rights.
Requirements for small format such as Business Cards, Postcards up to 13" x 19" max page size (13 x 19 cannot have bleeds).
All files should be at 100% size and 300 dpi saved as a high quality or press quality PDF.
Bleed is when a color, image or other part of your art touches the edge. If your art doesn't have bleeds you can supply your file at size. If it is a business card your file size would be 3.5 inches by 2 inches. Half sheet flyer, 8.5 inches by 5.5 inches. All files should be supplied at 100% of the size at 300 dpi. No crop marks required.
The best file type to supply is a PDF. Most programs can now save your art this way. This avoids any font problems that may arise, leading to incorrect print or delay of your job. Make sure you save your PDF as High Quality or Press Quality in the settings.

Supply your file at size plus 1/8 inch all the way around. If it is a business card your file size would be 3.75 inches by 2.25 inches. Half sheet flyer, 8.75 inches by 5.75 inches. The art should extend all the way to the edge of the file. All files should be supplied at 100% of the size at 300 dpi.

Crop marks are not needed on Business Cards, but any other files you can add crop marks to make your file print ready and speed up the processing. Crops marks are the only marks that need to be added.
Crop marks need to start at 1/8 inch from the edge of the sheet. If the crop mark starts at 1/16 inch or 3/32 inch, then that is the bleed that you are supplying, not 1/8 inch.
Prepare your file at 100% size and a minimum of 150 dpi.
Save as a High quality PDF file format.
No crop marks on any wide format files.
Supply 1/8 inch bleed on all files.
